BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OVERVIEW

Murgitroyd & Company has a structured and focused approach to Business Development which encompasses both existing and potential company clients.

In addition to a strong emphasis on working effectively with existing clients, there is continued long term investment in attracting new clients. This investment primarily focuses on those organisations where Murgitroyd & Company's particular combination of expertise, systems, quality of service and collaborative working arrangements can be most effectively used.

With overall responsibility for company Business Development, the department both manages and facilitates companywide Business Development related activities. These will include client review meetings, presentations, preparation of tailored proposals or publications, along with the development and introduction of new services and making refinements to existing services.
