FINANCE OVERVIEW

Our Finance Department handles all aspects of our accounting, from collection and processing of core accounting data through management and financial accounts preparation to credit control and payroll.

We normally invoice in Pounds Sterling with a Euro settlement option and our standard settlement terms for invoices rendered are fourteen days. As an international practice operating in a number of different European countries we accept and make payments in almost any currency. We also accept payment by a wide range of methods including cheque, money transfer and credit and debit card.

Our Accounts team operate and administer Deposit Accounts with both national and international Patent and Trade Mark Offices thereby facilitating the easy payment of Official Fees on behalf of clients. We currently have such accounts with the UK, Irish, French, German, Dutch and European Patent Offices as well as the Community Trade Mark Office and WIPO.
