Personal Service

All client communications for annuities are handled by a dedicated in-house team. Our custom IP management software means that each member of the annuities team has instant access to all previous communications and information. This continuity allows us to build strong working relationships with our clients, and allows for rapid response times of less than 24 hours, in most cases.

We are happy to receive your instructions or questions by your preferred medium, either by post, fax, e-mail or telephone.

Professional Back Up

Unlike many annuity services we have the back-up of over 75 attorneys in our 12 European offices, as well as a network of hundreds of trusted local associates worldwide.

This means that we can offer additional services at the time of renewal such as trade mark mergers, assignments, changes of name and licence recordals.  As well as legal and opposition advice and global portfolio management should the need arise.

Costs

We offer complete transparency of charging and fixed competitive quotes. This means that barring local government fee increases, the amount quoted in our patent annuity reminders is the amount you will be invoiced for the annuity, regardless of currency fluctuations.
