Personal Service

All client communications for annuities are handled by a dedicated in-house team. Our custom IP management software means that each member of the annuities team has instant access to all previous communications and information. This continuity allows us to build strong working relationships with our clients, and allows for rapid response times of less than 24 hours, in most cases.

We offer complete transparency of charging and fixed competitive quotes. This means that barring local government fee increases, the amount quoted in our patent annuity reminders is the amount you will be invoiced for the annuity, regardless of currency fluctuations.
