I.T. OVERVIEW

Our I.T. system is based on an integrated network which extends throughout all of our offices and is available to all members of staff. This has been developed and is maintained and upgraded by our inhouse I.T. group.

The systems are dependent upon extensive use of Lotus Notes Group working software to include case and IP owner information, docketing and case prompts, correspondence, specifications and claims, job costing and charging information.

The system increases flexibility and improves communication and team work providing cost and efficiency benefits both to Murgitroyd & Company and to our Clients.
