Craig Thomson, Director, Patents recently had an article published in Contract Pharma, a magazine for the pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical industries.

Craig’s article focuses on considerations companies have to make when collaborating and sharing intellectual property. Companies endeavour to make advancements in therapeutic technologies through “open-innovation” but, as Craig discusses, there can be complications.
