The nominations have been announced and Murgitroyd & Company is listed in the Scotland category for IP Firm of the Year.

The shortlists are compiled by the Managing Intellectual Property team of researchers in London, New York and Hong Kong, based on information obtained over the past five months.

The MIP Global Awards is an exclusive survey of the world IP market, providing a unique perspective on IP practices. Each award gathers detailed information about the IP market based on practitioners and clients across the world. The survey list is a qualitative ranking of the leading firms, large and small, in different categories, recognizing their expertise in customer service.

The research conducted by the Managing Intellectual Property organization results in a detailed ranking of the leading firms in IP in every country.

This year there are two new awards; firm to watch and global firm of the year.

The winners will be recognized at a ceremony at The Dorchester in London on March 15.
