OPERATIONS GROUP OVERVIEW

Murgitroyd & Company provides services to its clients as a single operational entity with all of its Attorneys and support staff working together. The Operations Group's role is central to the philosophy having responsibility for:

- strategic IT development and implementation;

- Internal Control/Audit (including the ISO:9001:2000 quality management system, and risk management);

- management and strategic development of Murgitroyd & Company's "home workers"; and

- marketing.
