Features of the Service
Instant access to Murgitroyd & Company's entire "pool" of Patent and Trade Mark Attorneys is one aspect of the SCEPTRE Service to solicitors. Another important part of The Service is the innovative charging policy which is designed to encourage lawyers to consider the SCEPTRE Service as an integral part of their own service to their clients. Users of the Service are encouraged to telephone or email with enquiries whenever appropriate.

Seminars
As part of the Service, Seminars on various IP issues can also be made available to lawyers and other professionals at their premises. These can be accredited to Continuing Professional Development requirements and can be related either to specific aspects of Intellectual Property or to particular activities such as undertaking Due Diligence searches and preparing reports.
